The Standard Group of Companies manufacture Negative and Positive Pressure Barrier Isolators, designed for OEL level 0.5µgm/m3. These isolators are manufactured in our groups speciality isolator division - Schematic Engineering Industries.
The Sterility Test Barrier Isolator has two chambers; one main chamber and one pass box chamber.
The main chamber has Bin blender, Comill, FBD & RMG workstations. After the granulation operation, material is passed through to the pass box.
The Barrier Isolator is operated by electrical and PLC Controls and can be supplied with electromagnetic door locks.
The Barrier Isolator also has a pneumatic system and Interlock including Containment breach, Air in Rush, Door lock and Exhaust filter block.
