As India continues to fight the first wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, the UK is now starting to fight the second Covid-19 wave, with many parts of the UK moving into the high (Tier 2() and very high (Tier 3) lock-down phases.
It is therefore critical that we all STAY ALERT outside of our home environment and strictly observe the "Hands-Face-Space" policies.
Hands - Regularly Wash Hands for at least 20 seconds. Use Hand Sanitiser after touching any item that is in the public domain.
Face - Always wear a face mask in public spaces, specifically indoors. Face masks help to prevent you spreading and receiving germs. Most importantly, the face mask (or face shield) helps to stop you touching your nose and mouth with your hands.
Space - You must observe social distancing rules. Ideally stay 2m (6 feet) away from others. If this is not feasible, you must stay 1m (3 feet) from others. Avoid contact with other people.
If we all work together, we can fight and win over the Covid-19 disease. This includes;
By staying alert while travelling to/from work and while in the workplace
By wearing of PPE and regular cleaning of touchable surfaces and washing of hands, hair and clothes.
