Schematic's patented ASSA system offers a safe, efficient, and precise solution for automatic reactor sampling at atmospheric pressure. Designed to mount directly onto the flange of the reactor dip pipe, the ASSA streamlines the sampling process while ensuring reliability and safety.

During operation, the dip pipe ball valve is opened, and the ASSA is activated by the operator. The system automatically initiates a nitrogen (N₂) purge to flush out any stagnant process media within the dip pipe. Once cleared, the ASSA creates a vacuum to extract a sample of the process media, dispensing it into the collection pot. A final nitrogen purge follows, draining any excess liquid from the dip pipe.

After the sampling cycle is complete, the operator closes the dip pipe ball valve and retrieves the sample for further processing.
